- Payment 100% upon booking (unless otherwise agreed)
- More than 60 days: cancellation fee €95
- 32–59 days: 30% of the price
- Less than 32 days: 100% of the price

FAQ
The rental price includes the right to use the accommodation of your choice — Karhu A, Karhu B or both combined. Linen and towels can be added separately for €12/person.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. This is to ensure an allergy-free environment for all guests.
Check-in is at 16:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. If you would like a more flexible schedule, please mention it when booking — it will be arranged on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation is possible, but a fee will be charged: more than 60 days before €95, 32–59 days before 30% of the reservation amount, less than 32 days before 100% of the reservation amount.
