Frequently asked questions
What does the rate include?
The rate includes use of the accommodation you have chosen — Karhu A, Karhu B or both wings combined. Linen and towels can be added at 12 € per person.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately pets are not allowed. This keeps the villa allergy-free for every guest.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out by 12:00. If you would like a more flexible schedule, mention it when booking and we will arrange it where we can.
Are there shops and services nearby?
Yes. Muurame centre has grocery shops and everyday services a short drive away. Jyväskylä is 19 kilometres away with a wider range of services and restaurants.
Can a booking be cancelled?
Cancellation is possible, but a fee applies: more than 60 days before arrival 95 €, 32–59 days before 30 % of the total, and less than 32 days before 100 % of the total.
Is use of the spa included?
Yes. The saunas and outdoor hot tub of your chosen wing are included in the rate. The wood-fired sauna and hot tub in the outbuilding are booked separately.
