2Information we collect

We collect the information you give us when making a booking enquiry: your first and last name, email address, telephone number, preferred dates, number of guests and any message you write. We do not collect payment details on the website — payment is agreed separately once a booking is confirmed.

3Purposes and legal basis

• Handling your enquiry, checking availability and confirming the booking — on the basis of preparing and performing a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b))
• Messages about your stay, such as arrival instructions — on the same basis
• Visitor analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a))

4How long we keep it

Enquiries that did not lead to a booking are deleted automatically six months after the end of the requested dates. Confirmed bookings are deleted 24 months after the end of the stay. Accounting records required by Finnish law, such as invoices, are kept separately for the period the law requires.

5Recipients and processors

• The site and its database run on a server of Hostinger International Ltd in Lithuania (EU)
• Booking emails are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc., United States). The transfer outside the EU relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses
• Google Maps is loaded only when you open the map yourself
• We do not sell or pass your data to anyone else

6Data security

The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Your data is kept in a password-protected system that only the property's manager can access.

7Cookies

The site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function. If we introduce visitor analytics or marketing cookies, they will load only after your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

8Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Contact us at the addresses above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
